Dear NSPE or NDSPE Member,
This is your invitation to the 71st Annual Meeting of the North Dakota Society of Professional Engineers scheduled for April 16th - 18th, 2012.
The host of this year’s Annual Meeting is NDSPE Chapter 3-Bismarck. This year’s event will be held at the Doublewood Inn, Bismarck, North Dakota.
For your convenience, we have included a meeting agenda with this invitation. The state society Board of Directors will begin conducting their annual business meeting on Monday, April 16th in the late afternoon. The annual meeting will convene Tuesday, April 17 with other society business and educational sessions. The day will conclude with the annual social and banquet Tuesday night. The annual business meeting will reconvene Wednesday, April 18th with additional educational sessions and finish up by Noon.
The full registration cost of $175 (NSPE members) and $225 (non-members) includes continental breakfast, lunch and the banquet meal on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday. The cost for spouses and guests who wish to attend the banquet on Thursday will be $35. Please make checks payable to: NDSPE.

A block of hotel rooms at the Doublewood Inn will be held in the name of the “North Dakota Society of Professional Engineers” until March 26.
