The North Dakota Society of Professional Engineers Educational Foundation is operated exclusively for the educational benefit of North Dakota engineering students who are residents of North Dakota.
Our most prestigious award is the Elwyn F. Chandler award, which is given to a distinguished member with notable accomplishments. This award is not given annually, but rather only when a member of distinction is selected to be recognized.
